Made-to-Order Items
Because our items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
